DOJ employees are being fired, involuntarily transferred, or placed on administrative leave. Many more fear they’ll be next.
Justice Connection is helping our former colleagues who need to prepare for career transitions. As part of that effort, we’re partnering with Civic Match to host a live event highlighting open legal roles in state and local governments. The event will take place on Tuesday, March 18, from 5-6PM EST via Zoom. Former New Jersey acting Attorney General Andrew Bruck—who most recently served as Acting Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General at DOJ—will provide introductory remarks.
Representatives from offices from across the country will attend. They’ll describe their open legal positions, meet directly with candidates in breakout sessions, and share general information about what it’s like to work in state and local government.
Anyone interested should RSVP here. Note: Attendees must be active Civic Match candidates. They can register for Civic Match at www.civicmatch.org to join this event and explore specific job opportunities (it’s free).
